Hello Friend Pieced Butterfly Card

Was inspired to make a card for this challenge at CAS-ual Fridays:

CFC39

And it also happened to fit in with this patterned paper challenge at Lily Pad Cards.

Here's the card:

I chose to go with pastel versions of primary colors (pink, yellow, blue) so that I could use orange and green for the overlapping parts of the butterflies. I like how it turned out and it was pretty quick to put together, which is important these days.

  1. Hi Shirley! Super cute card :) I was just popping over to answer your question about the Marvy La Plume markers. The onse I used for the hugs and kisses card are alcohol ink so you can't stamp with them. If you colored them on your stamp it would just stain the stamp :( They do have Marvy La Plume markers that you can stamp with just make sure you read the description to make sure you are getting what you want :) Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the sweet comment you left!
