Heart Sequin Love Card

Greg and I aren't big on holidays, including Valentine's, but regardless, I felt in the mood to make this Valentine's-themed card using the January 2015 Pinkfresh Studio kit.

Using watercolors, I did three panels of blue (light, medium, and dark), which I used to back the brush stroke die cut negatives. The heart sequins were threaded through some string, and secured with glue dots. The sides of the card were lined with the ombre washi (in real life, I feel like the peach color of the washi tape looks closer to the colors of the heart sequins).
