CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #57 Card

CAS-ual Fridays challenge this week was to use acetate or vellum:

When Emily was over a few weeks ago to craft, I tried out her ColorBox Frost White pigment ink and it worked quite nicely on dark cardstock, so I picked one up over the weekend when it was 40% off at Michael's. I used it on this card, and did some paper piecing with vellum and My Mind's Eye pink and blue patterned paper:

The paper piecing was a bit time consuming, but I like the end result.

  1. Wow this is such a striking design!! The time was certainly well spent adding those patterned papers...... Gorgeous soft colours to contrast the brown card :0)
Thanks for joining in the fun at CASual Fridays this week :0)

and thanks for your comment on my layout, really appreciated!! =)
