Valentine's Love Mini Banner

The current Pinkfresh Studio monthly kit includes love-themed circle die cut washi tape, which I decided to use the washi on a Valentine's-themed mini banner (nevermind that we don't actually decorate for any holiday except Christmas, and even that is minimal).

Each black panel is 2" x 3", with the blue panel layered over it measuring 1.75" x 2.75". In the clear stamp set that comes in the kit, there is a wreath with a heart in the middle. I wanted the wreath, but not the heart, so I took a knife and cut out the heart (it can still be used together later), then stamped the wreath on each panel in Picked Raspberry Distress ink. I also used part of the wand stamp to add some flourish to the top and bottom of the wreath. On eight of the panels, I added the circle die cut washi to the middle of the wreath. On the remaining four panels, I adhered letters spelling "love", which were cut with my Silhouette.
